When can I move in?

As soon as the contract is e-signed and the initial payments are made you will be emailed a gate access code to move in immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice of contract cancellation.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. If you sign a contract online, you will be prompted to enter your payment information before you get a gate access code. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

This lot is reserved for recreational vehicles (Boats, RV’s, Campers, PWC’s). We reserve the right to cancel contracts of any type vehicle that does not fit into this category (example: large work truck or dump trucks). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
